Naimish previously worked for Frontenac Company, a Chicago based investment firm where he focused on private equity investments in the technology and communication industries. In addition, Naimish worked in investment banking with Merrill Lynch’s Global Power & Utilities group. Naimish received a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

John joined Huron at its inception and is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing and managing investments made by the firm. His experience includes guiding privately-held middle market businesses through sale, buyout, recapitalization, strategic alliance, and debt and equity financing transactions in North America and Europe. Prior to Huron, John was an investment banker with P&M Corporate Finance, LLC, a boutique firm specializing in buyouts, and Vector Securities International, Inc., a full service investment bank specializing in the medical device, biotechnology and healthcare information technology arenas. John currently serves as a Director of American Mobility and Guest Services, Inc., Northern Cap & Glove Mfg., LLC., Quest Specialty Chemicals, Inc. and TouchPoint Print Solutions Corp. He holds a B.B.A. and a Masters of Accounting from the University of Michigan Business School, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mergers and Acquisitions Panel - Salam Chaudhary and others
Salam Chaudhary joined Wind Point in 1997 and was promoted to principal in 2001. Salam is currently a director of Knape & Vogt. Prior to joining Wind Point, Salam was an analyst in the Corporate Finance department of First of Michigan and an investment analyst at Healthcare REIT. Salam holds a BA with a major in economics from the College of William & Mary, cum laude, and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
